Sophie is an experienced project manager and has supported transformative future-proofing initiatives, aiding clients to achieve their strategic outcomes through uplifting both staff and corporate capability, assisting organisations in capability planning, future-proofing and improving performance. Sophie strives to deliver positive impact for our clients by applying a creative and innovative approach to solve problems.

As well as an experienced and highly regarded consultant in our Public Sector Advisory Practice, Sophie is our Digital Stream Lead within Grosvenor, designing and implementing technology to drive effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and capability uplift.

With broad experience across the Federal Government, Not-for-profit, Community and marketing sectors, and background in Psychology, Sophie has a unique understanding of the interrelationship between business problems and human behaviour. With this knowledge she can provide insights using behavioural science and data analytics to design solutions that are targeted, cost-effective and align with how people behave and make decisions.

Highlights

> Led the redesign and development of a large Government Department’s procurement reporting and dashboard tool. This project included the assessment of current data collections and reporting processes, identification of opportunities to automate manual data processing and analysis and design and deployment of an automated data analysis and  dashboard visualisation tool in PowerBI.

> Led the development and maturity assessment of organisational capabilities for a National Regulator to ensure the organisation is positioned to achieve its strategic goals while delivering on its regulatory responsibilities. This project involved extensive stakeholder consultation, co-design on the Capability Architecture and a maturity assessment and gap-analysis to identify current strengths and areas for capability uplift across the organisation.

> Key member in delivering a review of a state Court service delivery model to identify the ideal future service delivery framework to ensure consistency in practices, delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives and a unified culture. Four alternate service delivery models were developed and assessed to identify the most effective and appropriate future state model. To assist with the effective transition an implementation plan was developed to ensure effective adoption of the new model while actively managing change risks.
